How to order, step by step.
We know there are a lot of steps in order to place your order. That's why we've made a step-by-step guide for you!
We strongly recommend that you use a computer to place your order.
A few days after the photographs are taken, you will receive a sheet from your child which will include a link and password to access your child's photographs.
You can scan the QR code with your cell phone camera to access directly or enter the website information in your browser and enter the password manually.
You will have 10-14 days to place your order and receive your order at the establishment for free.
All orders placed BEFORE the deadline indicated on the sheet and the website will be delivered to your child's establishment within 3 to 4 weeks following this deadline.
Subsequently, delivery charges will be added to late orders and will be mailed directly to your home.
ORDER YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
1- Access the order platform
The first step is to access our online ordering platform. You can do this from the "Order your photos online with ElleLuiPhoto" tab on our website, or by scanning the QR code with your smartphone's camera on the sheet you received at your establishment.
2- Access your images
You must enter your personal access code.
If you have other children, you can watch them all at once.
Click on "Do you have another code...".
You will be able to enter your next code.
Do this for each additional code and click on "Connection".
NB. Each set ordered is for a single access code. You can put them on the same order/invoice but will not be able to use photos from multiple codes on the same set.
3- Enter your information
In order to make it easier for us to contact you if there is a problem with your order, we ask you to enter your information.
As soon as you have filled in the fields, press the "Let's go" button.
4- Read the welcome message
For each school, we write a welcome message to inform you of our news and the deadline. After reading this message, you can click on "Order your photos".
5- Choose your photo sets
Here you can see all available photo sets. You will have the choice between paper or digital photo sets. Photo paper sets are delivered to the establishment approximately 2-3 weeks after the bulk order is completed.
Digital downloads are sent within minutes of making payment via email.
Watch your spam emails.
*The term "Print" refers to a paper photo print.
6- The details of the photo set
After clicking on the set of your choice, you will be directed to it so that you can view its contents. When your choice of photo set is complete, press the "Select Photo" button.
Please Note: Photo print dimensions are in inches.
Digital downloads are in 2400px X 3000px resolution which allows for hassle-free prints up to 11x14.
If you have several children who are not at the same school or if one of your children is graduating, you may not have the same photo sets for each of them.
7- Selecting your image
You will see a preview of your photo set. To change your child's image, click on "Customize my pack". A window will open and you can select your image. Depending on the package chosen, you will be able to select several images. This is the case with our new "Multi-pose" sets.
On your right, you have the information relating to your photo set. When your choice is complete, press "Add to cart".
8- Our individual products
We offer personalized photo products such as mugs, mouse pads, key chains, single sheets, large format photos, etc. To access these products, you must click on the "individual products" tab at the top of the page.
If you do not wish to have individual products, go to step 11.
9- Choice of your image
To see the available products, press the "Products for this photo" button.
10- Choice of product
To your right, you will see the list of all available products. Click on the product of your choice to select the format (if necessary) and the quantity.
When your choice is made, press the "Add to cart" button.
11- Verification and adjustment of the framing
Before putting the images online, we adjust the framing, but you have the last word.
You can, if you want, crop your child's photo or check which one to place automatically.
Click on the "adjust crop" button and make the desired change if necessary.
To adjust the crop, you can click on one of the 4 squares at each corner of the image and move it. Thereafter, you can move the rectangle to the desired location. Only the area inside the red dotted line will be printed. You can also change the orientation of your image.
An option to leave white stripes to keep the original dimensions of the photo is available, but this is STRONGLY discouraged. If you move this photo in a frame, you will see two white bands on your photo. It's not pretty.
When you are satisfied, press "save image" and start again for each product in your basket. Once completed, press "place order" and "validate and proceed".
Please note that no order is checked before printing. No refunds will be offered if you receive an incorrectly cropped photo.
12- Display your basket
To display your basket, you must click on the "basket" button located at the top of the page to your right. You can also click on the "Continue to shopping cart" link.
13- Details of your basket
Once in your basket, you can see the information relating to your order.
You can see: The list of products you have chosen.
The cost of the products.
Shipping costs (if applicable).
The taxes.
The total cost of your order
When you are ready, press "Place order".
14- Shipping Method
First, you need to choose a shipping method. Delivery to the establishment is free IF you have not passed the deadline to order. If the deadline has passed, you will have to pay the shipping costs of $11.50.
At any time, you can select "Home delivery". Your order will then be an express order.
When your choice is made, press "Next step".
15- Personal information
You will then be asked to enter your personal information.
Select the child to whom you want your order delivered. If you ordered for multiple children, all photo sets will be in the same envelope.
When done, press "Next step"
16- Payment of the order
Next, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.
We only offer payment by credit card via the online platform.
If you do not have a credit card, email us at infos@elleluiphoto.com and we will find a way to process your order anyway.
When done, press "Continue"
The last step and not the least, the confirmation of your order. This is when you can check your order one last time.
Remember to verify your contact information and billing address. Edit as needed.
When you are ready, press "Make order"
17- Status of your order
Thereafter, you will be redirected to a web page so that you can check the status of your order. A few minutes after placing your order, you will receive the link, by email, to access this page.
If you had a digital file included with your photo set or purchased a digital set, this is where you will upload your image(s). Come back here about 15 minutes later, by the time the system generates the whole thing.
